  In January, Mallorca is alive with festivals. Many of the towns on Mallorca celerate their own saint, and for Sa Pobla it is Saint Antoni. The celebration includes the lighting of large bonfires across the town, a fantastic fireworks display in the confined main plaza, and a procession of the "Demonios".
